Arcadia Solutions were chosen by the team at Soho House to provide the technical design, specification and installation for their first rerecording studio facility at their Dean St Soho Works facility.
We divided the space into a Live Room, with the facility of recording up to eight vocals or instruments and the Control Room which also has the option of recording vocals or instrument sin the room as well. A full technical equipment and cable design was provided to facilitate the space. Technical studio furniture was recommended and installed.
The Technology
The team at Soho House wanted a facility with which was equipped with an accessible array of high end studio equipment where a musician or engineer could quickly familiarise themselves within the space. Focus was paramount on the quality of recording hardware with the highest quality audio converters and outboard. We also recommended the speaker monitoring solution with a broad array of high end active speakers to provide accurate mix references.
